Present: Sandra Jordan, Stas Preczewski, Catherine Whelan, Lyndall Muschell, Edward Whatley, Jan Clark, and Ken McGill

Call to Order

  • December 2 Minutes Approved

 

Unfinished Business

  • Decided due to scheduling conflicts to reassess the Doodle Calendar for everyone’s schedule for a typical Monday through Friday.

 

Advisory Matters

  • Strategies for improving the revision and review processes related to GC Employment policies
    • GC Employment Policies is a work in progress. Recommendations brought by Craig Turner and John Swinton on how to approach this issue.
    • Start with a goal statement to make the goal clear of what needs to be done.
    • Bring this approach to Senate to give their recommendation to this strategy
      • Recommend to give this approach to FAPC for further discussion
    • Create a well-understood review of revision
    • Nomination to select someone to maintain this matter.
  • Committee authorized the Provost to move ahead with identifying this matter.
