Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by John Swinton at 12 noon in Arts & Sciences Room 216.
Attendance
Members Present: Martha Allen, Scott Butler, Kevin Crabb, Esther Lopez, Cara Meade, Amy Sumpter, John Swinton and Kay Anderson
Absent: Mary Magoulick, Stephanie McClure
Guest: Jason Huffman
Approval of Minutes
The minutes from the October 10 and 17, 2012 meeting were approved with one correction.
Action Items
The committee signed paperwork to formalize the proposal which was approved on September 12th to place the International Plan courses in the global overlay. CAPC has already approved this plan. This paperwork will be forwarded through the governance structure for signatures, and an implementation date will be set after the proposal has been reviewed by the provost.
