Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by John Swinton at 12 noon in Arts & Sciences Room 216.

Action Items
GC1Y 1000 SciFi and Philosophy as an Area B1 Section
The committee discussed the proposal and recommended two edits to facilitate future assessment. The committee then approved the course with a vote of 9-0-0. After the revisions are received, this proposal will be forwarded to CAPC and University Senate as an information item.
Discussion Items
The committee discussed the creation of new signature sheet to use for GC1Y and GC2Y outcome statement revisions.
Next Meeting
The committee’s next meeting will be on Wednesday, January 16, at 12:00 p.m. in A&S 216.
