At the 17 Mar 2017 university senate meeting during the deliberation of this motion, a MOTION "TO COMMIT this matter (refer it back to the APC) for further review and clarification on the precise wording recommended for inclusion in the required syllabus statement on fire drills" was made. This motion was seconded and adopted with no further discussion.
