We move that the senate adopt the policy which defines the requirements for credit hours at Georgia College. The policy includes definitions for the following course types: lecture, seminar, recitation, laboratory, studio, supervised independent study, research, individual studio, private lessons, practicums, internships, and student teaching. The policy also creates a new requirement that all fully and partially distance courses be reviewed by a formal institutional faculty review process.
