To amend the current University Senate Bylaws as specified in the document entitled "Proposed Changes to the University Senate Bylaws" as well as the following three (3) amendments:
(1) Article II, Section 2.A.3, Change date from March 20th to March 31st regarding incoming Senate election timeline;
(2)Article V, Section 2.A.3.a. and b.
Delete sentence #6 which reads "An ex-officio, non-voting member may be included on University Senate subcommittees" from Article V, Section 2.A.3.a., and
Delete the prefix "sub" from the word "subcommittee" everywhere it appears in Article V, Section 2.A.3.b;
(3)Article V, Section 2.A.4 Delete the parenthetical paragraph making reference to Article VI, Section 3.C.9 of the University Statutes that follows Article V, Section 2.A.4 that
begins with "(* According to Article VI, Section 3.c.9 of the University Statutes" and
ends with "approximately one-half of the membership changes each year.)" .
