To send the Board of Regents the Letter of Intent for a program in Special Eduction for an Education Specialist Degree with a Major in Special Education.
(Note: This is not approval of the degree program but approval to send the leter of intent that requests permission from the Board of Regents to submit a proposal to add an Education Specialist Degree with a Major in Special Education as a degree program at GC&SU)
