This motion was amended as previously adopted by the 2014-2015 University Senate at its 13 Feb 2015 meeting. For details, see Motion 1415.CAPC.003.B (Bylaws Revision of Motion 1314.EC.001.B) and the Unfinished Business section of the 13 Feb 2015 university senate minutes. Original bylaws changes were not acted upon by the President, and a revision of language was negotiated between the President and the SoCC. This motion is not likely to be ever signed in the original form.
