A 'Person' is any individual who has served on the University Senate or one of its committees, regardless of whether the person served as a Senator or Non-Senator.
A 'Term of Service' or 'Term Record' is a record of an individual's service to the University Senate for a specific range of dates. There are several types of Term Records:
- Senator Term Record
- Senate Office Term Record
- Special Role Term Record
- Committee Term Record
- Committee Office Term Record
